AD 57: In spite of my busted ankle making it look like the Karma gods are saying otherwise, THIS IS NOT A RIPOFF.

This about the hundredth one of these comments/questions I've gotten, although this is the first one that didn't have a 3rd grader getting excited to see his cuss words in digital form. And I assure any and all of you that this is a noble project that will end with the sick kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital receiving a big batch of prizes.

Well, not too big since Coke won't offer prizes worth the lick of the underside of a Coke cap. But it IS real. It IS earning prizes that will go to the kids. And it is something you can feel good about, regardless of whether you participate, and regardless of how it skirts any rules. Too bad if something with this much heart behind it bends the rules set out to deflate scam artists and the like. I'd hate to be the first (or rather second, but the first truly evil hearted) person to stop this gig.

It's only got another month, so hold on and help out if you can. Comment if you like, but try to keep the %#*@&'s to a minimum.
