So in my last post I mentioned that it'd be cool to hear where donators hail from. Well, to my surprise, my inbox lit up like a can of sterno on an owned guy "asleep" on a couch. But to my dismay, almost every response was written in almost entirely Asian languages of which I can't read a lick.
And while I'm not prejudiced and would've gladly accepted any and all donations of My Coke Rewards codes to Brandon's cause, it seems most of the respondents got my message completely backwards— they were asking me for help. Go figure.
Spam is laughable at this point. But I'm not letting all of yesterday/today's 778 spamrific responses get me down because I still have the faithful, good-hearted people who send in a steady stream of codes.
I just wish some of those people paid to compose the mass emails that constitute spam who I KNOW drink boatloads of Coke, would've sent in a code or two with their hilariously worded emails.
If you've got 12-pack/Fridge pack tearaway codes, or 20 oz red cap codes, fire em in toHelpAKid. If you're a spammer, or work watching a server reroute and root rock some unsuspecting computers/networks, suck it up for a bit and send in at code or two from the hundreds of ounces you take in, voluntarily or not.
Thanks. And remember to keep smiling. 谢谢。以及记住保持微笑。ありがとう。 そしてほほえみ続けることを忘れないでください。
