Kicked out of the pity club, I had only one place to turn.

Hellz yeah. The clean plate club. $5.65 combo breakfast gets you 2 sausages, 2 strips of bacon, 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of rye toast AND hash browns. At the Golden House joint next to The Riviera off of Broadway in Chicago. And that's where I went when it seemed my good cause had gotten sidetracked by the same people I was trying to help.

But a rockin plate of home cooked love gave me clarity and focus.

And the conclusion I came to is, in the nicest way possible, forget the naysayers, the "You Can't Do Thatters", the "it's a Non-Profit for Heaven's sake, you can't say "insert even remotely questionable word here" in ANY context", and all the other people who dared to look this project of God's honest benevolence in the face and say NO.

I say NO to you. Somebody's gotta stand up and shake their head and say out loud, "Are YOU friggin kidding me?! A guy gets a bunch of people to help him help needy, afflicted kids and a complaint or two about debatable ethicality and appropriateness threaten to shut their cause down? Even though absolutely no one was hurt by any of the complained about things? I say NO TO YOU. Cuz that's just not right.

Soooooo, we're (or at least I am) gonna keep going on and redeeming prizes. I'll even put it out there for readers to suggest legit causes that would appreciate prizes. Be as specific as you can— go find a prize on mycokerewards.com that matches to your/the cause, and we'll get to redeeming for them.

Almost forgot, officially and for the record, (at least after I send the prizes redeemed so far to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital Leukemia ward), this project/blog/thingy will in ABSOLUTELY NO WAY HAVE ANY AFFILIATION, LEGAL, ASSUMED OR OTHERWISE, WITH ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
I still got much love for them but it seems policy and legality and all the other red tape make it a tough go on them when it comes to this project.

But I DID promise, so I AM going to send everything I can redeem with the points collected so far, i WILL take pictures of the boxes leaving the building, and HOPEFULLY I'll get some tangible form of acceptance from the people at St. Jude. just so I can prove they got the prizes and they will put them to use and not try to hock them on eBay. j/k—for the people who would complain about that comment, it's only funny because it's so NOT st. jude's style to ever do anything wrong like that So chuckle before calling to complain.

If you've got codes for the NEW & IMPROVED project, send them to the same e-add, and we'll start working on a prize for some other beneficiary.

And thanks for all your help and support. Remember to keep smiling.
Stage III 2007 Total (minus points redeemed for prizes already)=6552
